Ms. Copman, you will be informed in writing of <br />today€s actions. There were 5 individuals who had signed up to testify on this subject matter. <br />Oh wait- hold on. Excuse me. Commissioners- this subject matter will be sent over to a <br />contested case hearing. As we do not have the Director with us today, we will not be able to <br />proceed with the contested case hearing; and so we will need to set up another date for the <br />contested case hearing.
