Mr. Mahaney, we have your petition and it has been <br />properly filed. Do you have any comments in support of your petition? <br />MAHANEY:Again as a property owner on Puuki Street, I would say that we have good <br />standing with respect to this petition. <br />GALDONES:Any questions from the Commissioners to Mr. Mahaney? If not, Mr. Fuke <br />do you have any comments in reference to the petition? <br />FUKE:Similar comments would be made also for the- for this petitioner as we did <br />with the earlier- Ms. Copman€s request. You know he is a legitimate property owner within the <br />required radius and, as such, we believe he does have standing. <br />GALDONES:Okay. Commissioners, are there any questions? Commissioner Springer? <br />SPRINGER:I have the same question that I had for the previous applicant for standing. <br />Have you been informed and do you understand the rights and responsibilities that you would <br />have should you be- should your petition be accepted? <br />MAHANEY:Again, I am unfamiliar with this process; but I do agree and accept those <br />rights and privileges. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you. <br />GALDONES:Any further questions?
