McCall? <br />MCCALL:I move that we ask the Planning Director to hire a hearings officer <br />to hear this. <br />FUJIKAWA:Is there a second? <br />SMITH:Second. <br />FUJIKAWA:It has been moved by McCall and seconded by Commissione <br />Smith that the Director hire a hearings officer to handle this hearing.
