Commissioner Alameda? <br />ALAMEDA:I€d like to make a motion that, in regard to this application, that we <br />outsource for standing. <br />WATANABE:Second. <br />SPRINGER:It has been moved by Commissioner Alameda andseconded by <br />Commissioner Watanabe that in the matter of Special Permit 04-017 the role of, that we <br />will outsource for a hearings officer and that hiring will be done in accordance with all <br />the County hiring practices.
