IV. MINUTES: (Motion required)
<br />1. Draft Minutes of July 11, 2022, regular session was posted and emailed to the
<br />commission on August 16, 2022.
<br />V. OLD BUSINESS:
<br />1. Discussion No. 2 continues on the proposed revisions to Rules of Practice and
<br />Procedure of the Hawaii County PONC Draft Revision No. I from the July 11, 2022,
<br />meeting. Copies of the proposed revisions are available to the public for review either
<br />via the Board Packet or by request to the Commission Secretary.
<br />V1. NEW BUSINESS:
<br />1. 2023 Stewardship Grant Applications recieved by August 31, 2022. The commission is
<br />to interview each applicant, hold a discussion, and recommend to the finance director
<br />on findings of each application. Note: List of Stewardship Grant Applicants will be
<br />available on September 2, 2022, as part of this agenda.
<br />2. 2023 Suggestion Form. The commision may discuss, review, and make revisions to
<br />the current Suggestion Form pertaining to Question #7 and #9, as discussed in the
<br />July 11, 2022 meeting.
<br />Vill. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
<br />1. The 2022 Prioritized List Summaries are due to secretary by October 21, 2022, or sooner.
<br />2. The next public meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at
<br />the Hilo Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1401, Hilo, Hawaii. 96720.
<br />3. Suggest agenda items for the Monday, November 14, 2022.

<br />If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming
<br />a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code} A lobbyist means, "any individual
<br />engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in
<br />any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action
<br />by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2-
