A statement from the applicant that the request complies with the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration that the application has not been found to be a hazard to air navigation. <br /> A study was conducted by the Federal Airways and Airspace for the construction of the 180' <br /> tower. The study concluded that"Notice to the FAA is not required at the analysed location and <br /> height for slope,height or Straight-In procedures." A copy of the report is attached as Pages 17 - <br /> 19. <br /> 5. A statement from the applicant that the request complies with the regulations of the <br /> Federal Communications Commission,including requirements on radio frequency <br /> emissions, or a statement that no such compliance is necessary. <br /> The Applicant is a tower infrastructure company and is not required to be licensed by the <br /> Federal Communications Commission. As an infrastructure company, it does not operate the <br /> antennas and equipment. No compliance is necessary by the Applicant. <br /> 12Page <br />
