Traffic: The applicant anticipates between 1 (one)to 8 (eight) clients per session, for a <br /> maximum of 64 clients per day. According to the applicant, sessions will be staged in <br /> order to allow players from one session to vacate the subject property and result in a <br /> maximum of 8 (eight) vehicles on the subject property at any given hour. According to <br /> the applicant, traffic in the surrounding neighborhood is generally low and made up <br /> primarily by residents of the area. <br /> 24. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply (DWS), the subject parcel is <br /> currently served by an existing 5/8-inch meter and the current average daily usage is less <br /> than 400 gallons. DWS has no objection as the proposed request has not generated a <br /> significant increase in water demand. <br /> 25. Wastewater: The subject property is currently serviced by an existing cesspool. <br /> According to the applicant, tennis players utilize the existing bathroom facilities within <br /> the existing dwelling. According to comments provided by the State Department of <br /> Health (DOH),to accommodate the increase in wastewater output, the applicant will be <br /> required to upgrade to a new wastewater treatment system meeting the approval of <br /> Subchapter 2, Chapter 11-62, Hawaii Administrative Rules. <br /> 26. Utilities: Electric and telephone services are available to the subject property. <br /> 27.
