This is to be able to subdivide the property into two <br />lots. Each lot will be approximately 10,195 square feet and will retain the existing single family <br />dwelling on each lot. The reason for the request is that the applicants who are brother and sister <br />are getting on in years and they have a desire to separate their financial holdings. <br />These are site photos of the area.
