It's just a thought that Commissioners may want to consider. <br />KUBOTA:I would rather deal with the recommendation. <br />GALDONES:Daryn, there was some wording that you were working with, and I <br />would like to have the applicant, have the opportunity to comment on those wordings. <br />Are you prepared with that? <br />ARAI:Yes, I am. The proposed Condition I should read, "To the <br />Homestead Road situated along the northern boundary of the project site at its <br />intersection with the Mmalahoa Highway, the applicant shall provide improvements to <br />sight distance meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works if used as <br />the access to the subdivision, prior to the issuance of final subdivision approval." <br />GALDONES:Mr. Fuke, would you like to, do you wish to comment on that? <br />FUKE:No, after re-conferring with the owner, with the applicant rather, <br />that condition is acceptable. <br />GALDONES:Okay. My memory kind of skips me now, but in Condition <br />there any language also that you were working on? <br />ARAI:Yes, it's a standard condition that the Director normally includes in <br />such restrictions. I just don't have it in front of me, and I'd rather make sure it's, you <br />know, accurate. So if you could defer to Staff to upgrade or update this language.
