In case, we might not want to <br />say the next Hilo meeting, you know, we might want to wait and see what Ms. Song’s condition <br />is before we set a date. <br />GRAHAM: Well, we could adjust the motion if there is a -. <br />SIRACUSA: We could just say to the next Hilo meeting agreeable by the parties or <br />something. <br />YUEN: Well, I think the simplest thing is to extend it to the next Hilo meeting; <br />and if the applicant requests a deferral then we would have a deferral. I’m not making a <br />comment on the merits of the motion itself, but that would be the simplest. Because we need to, <br />if it is deferred then the timeframes for getting back to the newspaper publication and the like <br />come into play. And I <br />know we have paper from her already but that does not replace the right to be here in person and <br />present whatever additional matters that she believes she has to present.
