At 11:21 a.m. with no public in attendance, Vice Chair Galimba stated that this item was <br /> deferred until the September 2022 commission meeting at the request of the applicant. There <br /> was no one from the public who wished to testify on this application. <br /> PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> Report on Special Management Area (SMA) determinations, minor permits action issued <br /> by the Planning Director. <br /> At 11:22 a.m. Vice Chair Galimba introduced this item. The Short-Form Assessment Log and <br /> the SMA Assessment Log were emailed to the Commissioners. She asked the Planning Staff if <br /> there were any additions to the logs that were received and Planning Program Manager Maija <br /> Jackson answered no. There were no questions. <br /> AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br /> At 11:23 a.m. Vice Chair Galimba asked the Commissioners if there were any requests for items <br /> to be placed on the future agenda. There were no requests made. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The Windward Planning Commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, <br /> September 1, 2022 at the County of Hawaii Aupuni Center Conference Room and the <br /> public may provide verbal testimony by interactive video conference via Zoom or at the <br /> physical location. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Daniele and seconded by <br /> Commissioner De Luz that the meeting be adjourned. A voice vote was taken, and the motion <br /> carried by unanimous vote of those present.
