Hawaii Police Commission <br />Meeting Agenda <br />September 16, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) <br />The commission will meet in executive session to consider charges against the officers or <br />employees of the police department, where matters affecting privacy will be involved; to <br />consider sensitive matters related to public safety, and may consult with the board's <br />attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawai'i County <br />Charter Section 13-20 (b). <br />CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS (Briefly summarized) <br />• HPC 22-32: Complainant alleges that the officer was unprofessional and rude during a <br />traffic stop. (continued) <br />• HPC 22-40: Complainant alleges that she was arrested when she was a victim of an <br />assault by someone who tried to steal her dog.
