ADJOURNMENT: (4:00 p.m.) <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may <br />convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the <br />agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting <br />with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s <br />powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS <br />Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. <br /> <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the <br />commission secretary at 808- 323-4444 or email Barbara.Kossow@hawaiicounty.gov to <br />have the subject placed on the next available agenda. <br /> <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or <br />language interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at <br />808-961-8211 or 808-323-4444 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working <br />days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you <br />must register with the Hawaiʻi County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. <br />{Article15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaiʻi County Code}. “A lobbyist is any individual who is <br />engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or <br />$275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or <br />administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public <br />officials.” <br /> <br />Note: A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically <br />recessed for up to 30 minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication <br />cannot be maintained with all members participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” <br />location identified in this agenda. The meeting may be in-person when either audiovisual <br />communication is restored, or audio-only communication is established after an <br />unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication.
