Executive Session (Closed to the public) <br />With reference to agenda items listed, one or more executive meetings are <br />anticipated. In particular, the Board may consult with the Board's attorney on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5(a)(4). A 213 vote of the members <br />present pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive meeting. <br />VI. Announcements <br />The next meeting of the County of Hawai'i Board of Review will be held on <br />September 28, 2022, 9:00 a.m. at the Aupuni Center Conference Room at the <br />Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawai 196720. <br />VII. Adjournment <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable <br />modification, or language interpretation to access the meeting, please <br />Incontact the Real Property Tax Division at 961-8764 as soon as possible, but <br />no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to arrange for <br />accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication <br />methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or <br />physically challenged. <br />SUBMITTING WRITTEN TESTIMONY. The Board encourages the public to <br />submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony.
