Executive Session (Closed to the public) <br />With reference to agenda items listed, one or more executive meetings are <br />anticipated. In particular, the Board may consult with the Board's attorney on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5(a)(4). A 213 vote of the members <br />present pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive meeting. <br />V. Announcements <br />The next meeting of the County of Hawaii Board of Review will be held on October <br />11, 2022, 9:00 a.m. at the Former Liquor Board Conference Room, B2, 74-5044 <br />Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua Kona Hawai'i 96740. <br />VI. Adjournment <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable <br />modification, or language interpretation to access the meeting, please <br />contact the Real Property Tax Division at 961-8764 as soon as possible, but <br />no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to arrange for <br />accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication <br />methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or <br />physically challenged. <br />SUBMITTING WRITTEN TESTIMONY. The Board encourages the public to <br />submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely <br />delivery to Board Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be <br />submitted before 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by: (1) <br />email to cohrpl@hawaiicounty.gov, (2) facsimile to (808) 961-8415, or (3) mail to <br />the Real Property Tax Division, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 4, Hilo Hawaii 96720. <br />All written testimony, regardless of time of receipt, will be part of the permanent <br />record. <br />Hawai'i County is an £qua( Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
