We are deleting, this is, actually, Item K, or Condition K. That was deleted <br />back, up until Item K. <br />KUBOTA:Five. <br />HAYASHI:Condition K(5), that was deleted in the 2000 Ordinance 00 128. <br />Therefore, Condition K should basically state that if the Applicant should require <br />additional extension of time, the Planning Director shall submit the Applicant's request <br />to the County Council for appropriate action. Further, should any of the conditions not <br />be met or substantially complied with in a timely fashion, the Director shall initiate <br />rezoning of the area to its original or more appropriate designation. So, technically, we <br />could have deleted, the bracketed area should not be part of this ordinance since it was <br />already deleted back in 2000. <br />YUEN:That's correct. <br />GALDONES:Understand. <br />YUEN:That's correct.
