And if I do, if <br />I’m going west, I use Union Mill; and if I’m running up to the hardware store in Kapaau, I use <br />Maluhia Road. <br />BOWMAN: Okay, so property owners use both roads basically. <br />SULLIVAN: Yes, they are allowed to, yes. <br />BOWMAN: Okay.
