NOTE: Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, effective January 1, 2022, Cost of Government Commission meetings will be held online, and the location listed below is open to the public to provide testimony. Thus, the Cost of Government Commission can be viewed live on Zoom, or at the location listed below. Public attendees may present written or oral testimony at the meeting without prior registration. A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to thirty (30) minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all members participating in the meeting or with the "in -person" location identified in this agenda. The meeting may reconvene when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio -only communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this section within thirty (30) minutes after an interruption to communication, the meeting shall be automatically terminated.
