I believe the explanation is that the facilities were developed under anexemption when the State DOT Harbors was in charge down there. Im not sure as to what is-, Im sorry if I-, and I also may have said that there were warehouses. Im not sure there are. I think theres a boat storage yard, an open boat storage yard within the area but Im not sure what else is exactly there.
