EXECUTIVE SESSION The Commission went into executive session at out of executive session at 12:58 p.m. by a motion made by Commissioner Bowman, seconded by Commissioner Nelson, and unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. GIFFIN: We are at the point of discussion, and so I would like t HICKCOX: Madam Chair? GIFFIN: Yes, Commissioner Hickcox. HICKCOX: I believe that the scope and purview of this Commission actual areas involving vehicular traffic and environmental areas conditions as set forth in the studies that were presented to us requirements in reference to air quality, etc. etc. and traffic presentation to us.
