Why dont you begin your testimony, Mr. Balog <br />BALOG: Thank you, Chairman Giffin and fellow Members of the Leew <br />Just a few things to clarify some of the representations that ar <br />lowering cost to the County, but I think as a whole we need to u <br />being asked of the Commission today.
