You have the option, you have 2 options, you can take this as a last <br />thing with the Planning Commission and then it goes to the County Council with a negative <br />recommendation. We send the County Council a letter saying that the Planning Commission <br />voted 3 to 2 against the project and that this, because you did not have 5 votes in favor and so it€s <br />a negative recommendation. We will explain the reasons given by the Planning Commission for <br />this particular vote. We will send out along with the Department€s recommendation and the <br />ordinance with the conditions that the Department had recommended. Your other option is to <br />have a further hearing with the Planning Commission when there may be more members here <br />and your hope that you can get a favorable vote out of the Planning Commission. And that€s up <br />to you, you don€t need to make that decision right here.
