Mr. Ventura confirms SMA application has been submitted, no <br />permits are needed for the restoration and the walls are below the height <br />requirement for permits. As for the metal gate, approval from SHPD, the <br />county will look into it. <br /> <br />Dr. Frank inquires the usage of the rest of the property and how much of the <br />original materials or walls are still in existence. Mr. Fields confirms the rocks <br />are there and there is no protection around the sites. Mr. Ventura says there <br />is no public access due to protection of the sites. <br /> <br />Chr. These private funders <br />are by invitation only and would provide funding if the grant is awarded. <br /> <br />Ms. Chang makes note that there is no credit for In-kind-Services, community <br />support, and other sources shown in the grant application.” She gave a <br />suggestion that the application should include these amounts.
