Her minor <br /> child was allegedly left in a volatile and dangerous situation (continued). <br /> Commissioner Springer motioned to refer to the police chief for further <br /> investigation. Commissioner Lassiter seconded, no discussion and it carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> ➢ Complaints in the non-acceptance category: <br /> o HPC 22-42: Commissioner Springer motioned to accept the Chair's <br /> decision to decline the investigation, the complainant has given notice of <br /> intention to seek remedies through a civil suit. Commissioner Lassiter <br /> seconded, no discussion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> o HPC 22-43: Commissioner Robinson motioned to accept the Chair's <br /> decision to decline the investigation due to the 90-day rule. Commissioner <br /> Sur seconded, with no discussion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> Motion made by Commissioner Quartararo to authorize Corporation Counsel to release <br /> additional information on semi-finalists identified in executive session.
