Board <br />members will employ staff as various phases of the project are completed. A <br />major part of the clientele will be those persons using the kitchen, attending <br />classes, meetings or seeking information or supplies from the main building of <br />the complex, as well as those participating in or attending athletic events. <br />Since only 3 or 4 activities will be happening at any one time, estimate the <br />average daily occupancy will be 120 people per day. We estimate 40 vehicles for <br />this number of attendees. <br />• Community Center and Pavilion <br />o Commercial Kitchen: 0 -3 vendors per day, up to 7 days a week with up <br />to 3 assistants per vendor <br />o Meeting Hall: The maximum number of people using the meeting hall at <br />any one time based on the square footage of 5,100 square feet: 130 <br />people, maximum, at any one time <br />o Orchidland Neighbors Office Space: 6 people, maximum, at any one time <br />o Restrooms: 6 people, maximum at any one time <br />o Storage: 4 people, maximum at any one time <br />o Pavilion: 20 people, maximum, at any one time <br />• Maintenance Building: 2 people, maximum <br />• General Goods and Agricultural Products Open Market: 9 vendors, 40 <br />people, maximum, at any one time <br />• Concession: (One day) 2 vendors and 4 workers <br />o Pavilion: 20 people, maximum, seated at any one time <br />o Restrooms: 10 people, maximum, at any one time <br />N <br />
