The property is located along the southeast side of <br />Kapiolani Road, approximately 550 feet east of the Kapiolani Road-Lindsey Road intersection, <br />Waimea, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 6-5-4: portion of 25. <br />Mr. Hayashi told the Commission that the applicants representative Mr. Vitousek has submitted <br />a letter dated October 17 which was circulated to the Commissioners requesting the hearing be <br />th <br />continued to the November 18 meeting since he had a prior commitment and is out of town. <br />Mr. Hayashi stated that the Intervenors attorney Mr. Allen Wooddell was contacted and agreed <br />with the continuance therefore the Planning Department is recommending that this be continued. <br />There was no one from the public to testify on this matter. <br />ItwasmovedbyCommissionerAlamedaandsecondedbyCommissionerMcCallthatParker <br />School Board of Directors application USE 05-001 be continued as requested by the applicant to <br />th <br />thenextKonameetingonNovember18.
