The property is located along the west side of Hinano Street, <br />approximately 150 feet north of the Hinano Street Î Kawili Street intersection, Waiakea, <br />South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-50:8. <br />Mr. Darrow oriented the Commission and public of the subject and surrounding <br />properties on the location map and site plan, summarized the request, and noted the <br />Planning Director recommended approval of the application with conditions. He <br />corrected the Background Report, Page 2, Item 3, by changing the date October 8, 2003 <br />to October 8, 1993. <br />The applicant, Dianne Hirayama, had no comments on the Backgroun <br />Recommendation. <br />Dwight Vincent who signed up to testify was not in attendance. <br />There was no one in the audience wishing to testify on this agenda item. <br /> <br />
