ANNOUNCEMENTS At 2:08 p.m., the following announcements were made: <br />Charter Commission - Director Leithead Todd said the Charter Commission is currently seeking <br />any recommendations or input in writing from the Commission. <br />Rules and Regulations of the Windward Planning Commission – Ms. Leithead Todd noted <br />meetings will be scheduled at a later date when the draft rules are completed. <br />ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the Chair declared the meeting <br /> adjourned at 2:10 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Sharon M.
