He mentioned that this is the last meeting of the current Planning <br />st <br />Commission since as of April 1 the County will have two Planning Commissions (Windward <br />and Leeward) according to a recently passed ordinance. <br /> <br />The Vice Chair also stated that Chair Watanabe is recusing himself on Agenda Item No. 1 due to <br />a conflict of interest, and that it has been agreed that the Vice Chair shall preside over the entire <br />meeting. <br /> <br />SPP 623 The Commission took this item up at 1:43 p.m. with six p <br />THE SALVATION from the public in attendance. <br />ARMYÎ KONA CORPS <br />RD <br />KEOPU 3, <br />NORTH KONA <br /> <br />APPLICANT: THE SALVATION ARMY – KONA CORPS (SPP 623) <br />Amendment to Special Permit No. 623 by replacing a proposed gymn <br />Also requested is the deletion of condition nos. 5 and 6 relating to plan approval and construction <br />deadlines for phase II.
