The <br />property is located on the west side of Hw Road, approximately 420 feet south of the Akoni <br />Pule Highway Î Hw Road intersection, KaÒauhuhu, North Kohala, HawaiÒi, TMK: 5-5-1 <br />(SEE EXHIBIT A) <br />The Commission took up the following item at 10:15 a.m. with approximately ten people from <br />the public in attendance. <br />APPLICANT: OFFICE DES POSTES ET TÉLÉCOMMUNICATIONS DE POLYNÉSIE <br />FRANÇAISE (SSV 09-4) <br />Shoreline Setback Variance to allow the installation of an inter-island subsea fiber optic cable <br />and related improvements within the 40-foot shoreline setback area.
