INITIATOR: PLANNING DIRECTOR <br /> <br />Amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), Articles 2, 4 and 5 of th <br />(2005 Edition, as amended), relating to Use Permits and Telecomm <br />Open-zoned District. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT E) <br />The Commission took up the following item at 11:31 a.m. with one <br />attendance: <br />INITIATOR: COUNTY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning), Article 4, of the HawaiÒi Coun <br />amended), by adding a new division relating to Tsunami Sirens. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT F) <br />MINUTES Î The minutes of September 30 and October 22, 2010, meetings we <br />submitted by a voice vote of all commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS Î The Commission took up the following administrative matters <br />at 11:51 a.m.: <br /> <br />thth <br />Mr. Arai reminded the Commission that the next meeting was sched and 16 <br />with a full agenda including a contested case hearing, and that <br />thth <br />15 and 9:00 a.m. on the 16. <br /> <br />In regard to Agenda Item No. 1 (Applicant: Parker Ranch), Mr. Go <br />to officially vote on continuance as discussed with the parties, <br />th <br />Commissioner Bowman then moved that the hearing be continued to for a pre- <br />hearing/status conference and, if necessary, to January 13, 2011 <br />Commissioner Nelson seconded the motion.
