APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 18, 2022 <br /> Action: Motion made by R. Duerr to approve October 18, 2022 minutes as circulated. <br /> Seconded by C. Okumura. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> 3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: <br /> None <br /> 4. COMMISSIONER REPORT BY DISTRICT: <br /> RD: R. Duerr- District 1— right now we have access to [unclear] in four places. Waipio <br /> Valley, Laupahoehoe with the ramp, Pepeekeo with a developer who's contesting public <br /> access for fishers, and then Hakalau's ongoing shut down. The other thing that came to <br /> the attention from District 1 was a note from Council Chair Heather Kimball on nuisance <br /> pigs and what homeowners could do and was there any way to get help. That's about <br /> what I know in District 1. <br /> 1 <br />
