I think our mana —our power—comes from <br /> the community, you know, this is a community-based Commission and Board and the <br /> way we get stuff done is as a community because the gatherers, the hunters, the <br /> fishermen—that's how we operate and so I think if we're not able to get the community <br /> involvement in this then the Commission and Board has little to no power in my opinion <br /> because a lot of the things we deal with is community-driven, so I think it's important <br /> for us to establish a time and space where the community can engage the most because <br /> that's where we get our strengths from.
