Amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), Articles 2, 4 and 5 of the Hawaii County Code, 1983 <br />(2005 Edition, as amended), relating to Use Permits and Telecommunication Towers within the <br />Open-zoned District. <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT C) <br /> <br />MINUTES Î At 12:05 p.m., the Commission took up the following minutes: <br /> <br />September 1, 2010 Î It was moved by Commissioner Kern and seconded by Commissioner <br />Ishibashi that the minutes be approved as circulated. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice <br />vote of all members in attendance. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS Î The following were discussed under administrative matters: <br /> <br />Permitting Process - Commissioner Domingo requested the Planning Staff to look into whether <br />cinder being taken from the West Hawaii Concrete property was allowed and had gone through <br />the proper permitting process. <br /> <br />Election of Officers Î The Chair said the matter of the election of officers will be <br />CommissionÓs agenda shortly.
