CALL TO ORDER The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:36 a.m. II. ROLL CALL Farrah-Marie Gomes (Chair), Andrew Langtry, Shana Kukila, Dr. Hannah Preston- Pita, Christina Basham, Rachelle Agrigado, Suzanna Tiapula (Corporation Counsel). Lisa Pana arrived at 10:55 a.m. Excused: Elena Cabatu and Evelyn Lee. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for September 21, 2022 Farrah noted that the October meeting did not happen due to the agenda not being posted in time. Andrew noted two edits on page 3 under section A) i. Approval of project rationale which were blank lines. He was able to correct the first blank space in the second paragraph on the fourth line to say, 115 Miscellaneous Contract account." The second blank space was in the third paragraph, on the first line. The committee discussed and determined that it should read, "Elena seconded." Andrew motioned to approve the minutes of September 21, 2022 with edits and format revisions. Hannah seconded the motion. The motion was voted on and passed unanimously. IV. TREASURER'S REPORT A. Approval of Treasurer's Report Andrew reported that the committee still has a full budget with zero spent as of October 2022. Hannah motioned to approve the Treasurer's Report. Rachelle seconded the motion. The motion was voted on and passed unanimously. V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC None.
