There <br />was no one from the public wishing to testify in regard to this item. <br />RECESSEDThe Chair called a short recess at 9:42 a.m. <br />RECONVENEDThe meeting reconvened at 9:46 a.m. <br />The Commission took up the following item at 9:46 a.m. with three people from the public in <br />attendance: <br />APPLICANT:JEFFREY D.
