(REZ 10-126/ SMA 10-42) <br />Project District application from a Multiple-Family Residential 30,000 square feet (RM-30) <br />district to Project District (PD) for 51.1 acres of land, and a Special Management Area Use <br />Permit to allow the development of a maximum of 60 residential units with a restaurant, fitness <br />and wellness center and related amenities.
