Motion was unanimously carried by a vo <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS Î The Commission took up the following at this time, <br />11:26 a.m. <br />Vacancies Î Ms. Leithead Todd noted that the administration is continuing <br />vacancy on the Planning Commission. <br />Recommendations to Council Î Ms. Leithead Todd noted the Council Planning Committee will <br />th <br />be considering at its July 20 meeting the Planning CommissionÓs recommendation on the Puna <br />CDP. <br />Hu HonuaÓs Contested Case Î Ms. Leithead Todd gave a status report of the contested case <br />hearing being conducted by Bob Crudele, noting 17 of the 21 peti <br />appeal and hired Steven Strauss as their attorney. Mr. Gonzalez <br />conference was held wherein some of the parties indicated the he <br />noting they are working with the hearings officer to make sure t <br />efficient manner, while maintaining the rights of all the partie <br />ADJOURNMENT Î There being no further business, the Chair declared the meeti <br />at 11:36 a.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
