Robert Fitzgerald, Director of Parks and Recreation, Kevin Sakai Manager, and Chester Koga of R. M. Towill Corporation were in attendance. Mr. Fitzgerald stated that they have received the Planning DirectorÓs recommend with the proposed conditions.
