The proposed bill, as I indicated, is to add specific uses to be listed to the permitted <br />trdr:`mcsg`slrhmxntqaackground report that was sent out to you previously. <br />We presented our recommendation to you at the Hilo meeting and the recommendation <br />was to send a favorable consideration on this proposed bill with the exception of four <br />uses.
