<br />(deceased), President and Director; and the appointment of Maria

<br />• Appointment of Republic National Distributing Company, LLC, as
<br />Manager;
<br />effective November 1, 20221 by letter dated November 30, 2022; to its
<br />Wholesale General liquor license, located at 73-4854 Kanalani Street,
<br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
<br />4. Marriott Hotel Services, Inc., dba Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort
<br />& Spa, approval of Conversion of Entity, to Marriott Hotel Services, LLC,
<br />effective December 31, 20221 by letter dated December 15, 2022,
<br />approved by Director Gerald Takase on December 20, 2022; to its Hotel
<br />liquor license, located at 69-275 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, South
<br />Kohala, Hawaii.
