Mr. Yuen stated the Department will be looking for a considerable amount of landscaping, <br />particularly along Mamalahoa Highway frontage, and Mr. Justiani said they would like to have <br />landscaping that will make the facility look very attractive. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Woodward and seconded by Commissioner Domingo that the <br />application be approved as recommended by the Planning Director, inclusive with the Planning <br />Director’s proposed Conditions 2, 3, 4 and 7 as revised.
