Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (10:12 AM) <br />Raymond: We have an Addendum to the agenda. Pursuant to Section 92-7, <br />Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, Item No. 1 is the proposed amendment to <br />the agenda and has been determined not to be of major significance, nor does <br />it affect a significant number of persons, and is proposed for placement on the <br />agenda by two-thirds vote of the Commission. <br />1. New Business, ADD Item No. 11: <br />11.
