The applicant, Robert Earl Leetch, stated he wants to be a good neighbor. He noted that <br />the property will be well landscaped and they will provide a clean well-run secure facility <br />for the residents of the area. <br />Robert Tucker, representing the Board of Directors of the Main Street Pahoa Association, <br />stated that they have voted unanimously in support of the application. He said they are <br />pleased with the location, especially since it will also be an owner-occupied residence, <br />and think the facility will be of service to the community, noting it fits their goal of a <br />village center development. Commissioner Woodward thanked Mr. Tucker for his <br />helpful testimony.
