The Commission then went to the area of the puu several hundred yards away where they looked <br />at the other culvert, drainage and surrounding areas. The Commission viewed the topography <br />map submitted by the applicant at this time and looked at the waterwell and 1,000-foot radius <br />area. <br />The Commission proceeded to Lot 118A, to view the makai boundary of the proposed area for <br />rezoning from A-20 to A-10a and A-5a and staff pointed out the boundaries of this area.
