Environmental Management€s request and existing conditions have been reworded to reflect
current standard language.
In light of Commissioner Woodward€s comment Mr. Yuen said he would like to keep the time
condition as worded to review the situation after the five years in light of the community
development plan process, rather than said the condition amended to say x‚ years after
considerable industrial zones are available.
The applicants, George and Shaleen Curley, were in attendance.
In response to Mr. Curley€s concern, Mr. Yuen clarified that should industrial lands become
available the use or business would have to cease on the subject property but the structure itself
would be able to remain on the property.
CommissionerSiracusasaidshewouldnotfeelcomfortableapprovingtheapplicationifthe
applicant has not complied with Planning Department€s Rule 17 (landscaping plan) for the entire
property.
