<br /> lease or otherwise deal with the land hereinafter called the"Grantee",the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,sell and coney unto the Grantee all of that certain real
<br /> property designated on the tax maps of the Third Taxation Division,State of Hawaii,as Tax Map
<br /> Key(3) 54-009:portion 005 and portion 014,being Lot 9-A (Sub.No. 05-000042),more
