In response to the inquiry posed by Commissioner Galdones, Mr. Mooers said issues such as the <br />number of parking stalls, landscaping, and the Fire Departments requirements will be resolved <br />during plan approval. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Watanabe and seconded by Commissioner Salavea that the <br />application be approved as recommended by the Planning Director, along with the amended <br />Condition No. 8.
