As requested by the Planning Department, it was moved by Commissioner Salavea and seconded by Commissioner Galdones that the hearing be continued until the access issue is resolved between the subdivider (Frank De Luz) and the landowner of the easement (David Basque). A roll call vote was taken and motion carried with six ayes (Salavea, Galdones, Graham, Iwashita, Siracusa, and Alameda) and two absent and excused (McCall and Watanabe).
