Because of the absence of any intensive agricultural activities <br /> surrounding the subject site, the continued use should not have any <br /> adverse impacts on the region's agricultural industry. Further, the <br /> site does not have any archaeological or cultural resources, as <br /> confirmed by the State Historic Preservation Division in its letter, <br /> dated January 31, 2013.
